Ingredients

1 ½ pounds ground beef

1 packet (1 oz) dry onion soup mix

1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)

2 large eggs

¾ cup milk

⅓ cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
