  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan (optional, for extra crispiness)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or prep the air fryer tray.

  • Strain the cottage cheese slightly if very wet.

  • Spoon small dollops of cottage cheese onto the baking tray, flattening them gently into chip shapes.

  • Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
